2. Is your hair made to order?
Yes, all of our hair is custom-made to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and delivery.

3. Can I color or bleach the hair?
Absolutely. Our raw and virgin hair can be professionally colored, bleached, or toned—just like your natural hair. We recommend using a licensed stylist for best results.

4. How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our raw hair can last 2+ years. Virgin hair typically lasts up to 12 months or more. Please follow hair care instructions for best results.

5. What’s the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is completely unprocessed and comes directly from a single donor. Virgin hair has not been chemically altered, but may have undergone steam processing for texture uniformity.

6. What’s your processing and shipping time?
Please allow 1–3 business days for payment processing, 7–9 business days for fulfillment, and additional time for shipping. Full turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks.

7. Do you offer overnight or express shipping?
At this time, overnight shipping is not available. All orders are made to order and require time for preparation and quality assurance.

8. Where do you ship from?
We ship from Buffalo, NY. Local pickup is also available at checkout for clients in the area.

9. What’s your return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed, so changes are not guaranteed. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.

11. How many bundles do I need for a full look?
For lengths 12"–18", we recommend 3 bundles. For lengths 20" and longer, 3–4 bundles are ideal for full volume. Add a closure or frontal for a seamless install.

12. Do you offer custom wigs or ready-to-wear units?
We currently offer made-to-order bundles only. Wigs and custom units may be available in the future—be sure to join our email list to stay updated.
