By accessing our website or booking a service at Pamper Parlor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and luxury-driven experience for both our clients and our team.

  • All appointments must be booked through our official website or booking platform.

  • A credit card may be required to secure your booking.

  • By booking, you agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • Please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee up to 100% of the service cost.

  • Late arrivals of 10+ minutes may need to be rescheduled or shortened out of respect for the next client.

  • We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods.

  • All payments are due at the time of service.

  • Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds, but will work with you to make it right if you’re unsatisfied.

  • We may request your consent to take photos or videos of your services for marketing and social media purposes.

  • You have the right to decline photo use at any time.

  • All retail product sales are final unless defective.

  • If you experience an issue with a product purchased in-salon, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.

  • Our salon is a space of peace, professionalism, and self-care.

  • All content, imagery, and branding on pamperparlor.co is the intellectual property of Pamper Parlor LLC.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.
