By accessing our website or booking a service at Pamper Parlor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and luxury-driven experience for both our clients and our team.
All appointments must be booked through our official website or booking platform.
A credit card may be required to secure your booking.
By booking, you agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee up to 100% of the service cost.
Late arrivals of 10+ minutes may need to be rescheduled or shortened out of respect for the next client.
We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods.
All payments are due at the time of service.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds, but will work with you to make it right if you’re unsatisfied.
We may request your consent to take photos or videos of your services for marketing and social media purposes.
You have the right to decline photo use at any time.
All retail product sales are final unless defective.
If you experience an issue with a product purchased in-salon, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
Our salon is a space of peace, professionalism, and self-care.
