  • Please note that all of our hair is custom-made to order and follows a three-step fulfillment process.

    Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for payment processing. After your payment is confirmed, your order will move into fulfillment, which takes approximately 7–9 business days.

    Once your hair is ready, it will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. In-store pickup is also available at checkout. At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping.

    From start to finish, the estimated turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks.

    We kindly recommend waiting until your order has arrived before booking your hair appointment. Please plan ahead to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
