How I got started…
My name is Jocelyn —beauty business strategist, salon owner, and founder of The Pamper Parlor and Hair Empire. With over eight years of experience as a full-time beauty entrepreneur, I’ve built multiple luxury brands from the ground up through grit, passion, and an unshakable belief in the power of beauty. When I first stepped into this industry, I didn’t have guidance, mentorship, or a clear path. I was met with gatekeeping, high consulting fees, and vague advice that didn’t serve me as a new salon owner. So I did what many of us do—I figured it out on my own.
Through years of trial, error, late nights, and self-teaching, I learned how to structure, scale, and sustain a beauty business with intention and profit. Today, I use that experience to help other beauty professionals bypass the confusion and step confidently into their CEO era. I created this toolkit—and everything I offer—so that beautypreneurs like you can build a brand that feels aligned, luxurious, and financially free. My mission is to make success in this industry accessible, honest, and beautiful from the inside out.
